To make the face painting designs POP, Ruby adds handcrafted jewel/bling clusters which the little girls love!
All paints and glitters used are non-toxic, water based, FDA approved and of the highest quality. They are gentle to use on all skin types (and of course, wash off very easily with water and a little soap).
BALLOON TWISTING PERTH
There’s nothing like the beautiful vibrant colours of balloons at a party to make you happy! Spoil your guests with their own balloon creation to take home. Balloon twisting is fascinating to watch and Ruby Rainbow always interjects lots of humour and silliness to get the kids giggling as she twists.
