About the Journey :
The train departs Cabanda station every hour and makes it’s way up the steeply graded line, until about 10-15minutes later it arrives at Kunkala station, the highest point on the line.
A round-trip takes about an hour, which leaves some time at Kunkala to grab some refreshments and have a look around.

Just like the era it replicates, the Rosewood Railway requires no formal bookings; just arrive and purchase your authentic paper ticket on the day. Allow about 10-15 minutes for arrival and purchase of your ticket.
